East River Plaza will span six acres adjacent to the FDR Drive on the site of the former Washburn Wire factory in East Harlem. The project is a five-level, 485,000-square-foot retail center, with an attached 1,248-space parking facility. The site is directly accessible via the 116th Street exit of the FDR Drive.
